RISC OS Crisis Deepens

Posted by Andrew Duffell on 14:54, 15/6/2004 | , ,

Shattered CogMore problems are arising from the dispute between two major RISC OS companies.
VirtualAcorn have joined STD in taking legal advice on the matter with regard to how they proceed.

They have been advised they can still accept orders for both VirtualRPC-SE and VirtualRPC-Adjust but will be unable to supply a delivery date and have said that that all orders will only be accepted on that basis.

Aaron from VirtualAcorn also said "This also means that regretfully we are highly unlikely to have any representation at the RISC OS Expo 2004 this weekend." he continued "We wish to assure customers that our tech support service remains open and that we will do our best to maintain our dedication in the RISC OS market.

Seems very bad if what they says is true. This is worse than the 32/26 RISC OS split.
