On a Debian-like Linux, check the source out out of Subversion (svn://svn.netsurf-browser.org/trunk/netsurf) and read Docs/BUILDING-GTK |

If you can do that, can you contribute to its development on RISC OS? Yes. Both the GTK (on windows or linux) and RISC OS version use the same core. Thus if you fix a core bug on windows, you've fixed it on RISC OS too.
Of course, you could still consider it evil if you really want. |
